Lexgit is a legal AI maturity assessment platform operated by Synctronic Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16815380) ("we", "us", "our").
For the purposes of applicable data protection lawsβincluding the UK General Data Protection Regulation ("UK GDPR"), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("EU GDPR")βSynctronic Ltd is the data controller in respect of any personal data processed through the Platform.

Lexgit is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect identifying personal information during the assessment process. You can complete the full assessment and download your results without providing any identifying information.
We collect the minimum data necessary to operate and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal data. We do not build profiles of individual users.

The Platform is hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure, Manus, which also provides AI technology to generate Assessment Outputs from your responses based on our logic. Your assessment responses are transmitted to Manus's systems for processing. Manus acts as a data processor on our behalf and is subject to appropriate data processing terms. Our provider operates under appropriate security and data protection standards.

We use Google Analytics in a strict, cookieless configuration to understand Platform usage. Where it is used, they are configured to minimise data collection and prevent individual identification.
We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or commercial profiling purposes.
Synctronic Ltd is based in the United Kingdom. To operate the Platform, we may engage third-party service providers located in jurisdictions outside the UK and the European Economic Area (EEA). Whenever data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK and EU GDPR requirements. This includes relying on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent mechanisms recognised under applicable data protection law.
We retain data for a period of 5 years from the date of collection, unless you request deletion earlier or we are required by law to retain it for a different period.

Important: Because the assessment is completed entirely anonymously, we do not hold identifying information to link you to specific assessment data. Consequently, we may be unable to fulfill data access or erasure requests without further technical information (such as specific timestamps or session identifiers) to locate your anonymous inputs.

Lexgit is intended for professional and business use only. The Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Platform, please contact us at support@lexgit.com.
